The store is open to all event attendees, competing teams, officials, volunteers, supporters, and members of the wider Dragon Boat community.
How does the ordering process work?
Orders are placed directly through the online store.
Every item is custom-produced after the store closes, ensuring quality, & consistency.
When and how will orders be delivered?
All orders will be delivered to you. Estimated delivery expected mid-June 2026.
Can I customise my apparel?
The only customisable item is the 2026 Names Jersey, which will be customised and produced based on State Team submissions provided directly to AusDBF.
Individual custom entries will not be taken through the store for this item.
What payment methods are available?
Card payments can be made securely through the store’s checkout process.
Can I return or exchange my items?
As all items are custom-made to order, returns or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective.
